    The LCB II container with up to 8 full pull-out drawers is an extremely flexible load carrier that can be fitted with up to 8 drawers of 80 mm – 368 mm inner height. The 100% full pull-outs run very smoothly and quietly on highly stable, wear-free plastic rollers. Unlike telescopic runners with ball cages, the plastic rollers do not run too tightly and are rust-free. The telescopic pull-out is characterised by high lateral stability, smooth running and load capacity (200 kg dynamic); due to the tilting load, the drawers are limited to 100 kg. Like all models of the LCB series, the LCB II full pull-out is ideally suited for mobile use as a tool cabinet, JIS or Kanban container.

    The LCB II provides small parts such as screws and large components for cycle-timed assembly or equipment and gear at construction and assembly sites in a drawer container. Is the 368 mm high drawer not enough? No problem, we can set the drawers freely and, for example, with an 8-section division drawer on the lower level achieve a loading height of 750 mm in the pull-out.     LCB I half-height containers can be fitted with 2 pull-out levels with one large drawer (2 levels), small drawers and pull-out frames. Based on the Euro mesh box measuring 1200 x 800 mm and a height of 580 mm, the LCB I half-height is used for smaller part sets or fasteners (C-parts) in production logistics. If more space is needed, the LCB I half-height can be combined (stacked) with standard-height LCB models (H=980 mm); the total height is then 1.52 m, so the upper pull-out is still easy to reach. Another application is the provision of heavy components of up to 1500 kg and a size of 1.20 x 0.80 m, which are placed on a pallet on top of the half-height LCB I. The pull-outs offer space for attachments, assembly aids and accessories.     The LCB I is a container with 4 drawers and 70% partial pull-out. It is just as much at home in in-plant logistics as a JIS container (just-in-sequence) as it is on construction and assembly sites as a mobile tool cabinet. Four small drawers measuring 1090 x 794 x 170 mm offer plenty of space for tools, accessories or picked components – sorted and well organised. With a load capacity of up to 160 kg per drawer, even heavy parts are no problem for the sturdy pull-outs.

    Optimise your cycle-timed assembly by picking one or more sets of parts per drawer, needing only 1 pallet position to do so. On construction and assembly sites, our customers appreciate that the closed drawers give hardly any view of the contents (theft protection) and that the sturdy locking flap can be locked quickly and easily with a padlock. Clearer than a mesh box, considerably more stable and durable than an ordinary tool cabinet – these are strong arguments for this all-rounder.
