LCB I – Half-height container with drawers and pull-out frame

LCB I half-height containers can be fitted with 2 pull-out levels with one large drawer (2 levels), small drawers and pull-out frames. Based on the Euro mesh box measuring 1200 x 800 mm and a height of 580 mm, the LCB I half-height is used for smaller part sets or fasteners (C-parts) in production logistics. If more space is needed, the LCB I half-height can be combined (stacked) with standard-height LCB models (H=980 mm); the total height is then 1.52 m, so the upper pull-out is still easy to reach. Another application is the provision of heavy components of up to 1500 kg and a size of 1.20 x 0.80 m, which are placed on a pallet on top of the half-height LCB I. The pull-outs offer space for attachments, assembly aids and accessories. The half-height models of the LCB series are therefore another building block for efficient and orderly production logistics.

In assembly and construction site supply, the half-height models are used as a practical and stackable load carrier for components and tools. The closed drawers offer privacy (theft protection) and the sturdy locking flap can be locked quickly and easily with a padlock. The highly stable pull-outs also help make the half-height LCB I container a reliable and safe companion at deployment sites worldwide.
