LCB I – Container with pull-out frames for stock-visible boxes and outer packaging
LCB I containers with flat pull-out frames are special load carriers for JIS (just-in-sequence) or Kanban systems in the supply chain. The pull-out frames are designed in particular to hold outer packaging such as cartons and stock-visible boxes or components up to 560 mm in height (1 pull-out frame on the first level).
The LCB I with pull-out frames optimises in-plant logistics far more efficiently than conventional Euro pallets. Cartons, outer packaging and components are placed directly into the box, so time-consuming repacking into other containers is no longer necessary. Up to four sturdy pull-out frames ensure fast, ergonomic access to all levels. The system also drastically reduces storage space: one LCB can save up to 4 pallet positions, and the system is stackable 4 high.
