How the changeover works:
- Lift: Lift the LCB to a comfortable working height with a forklift or pallet truck. The minimum lifting height for inserting the casters is 225 mm.
- Click: The latch bolts are mounted on top of the adapter plates and are transport-safe. Open the latch bolts, turn the feet by 90° and remove them.
- Casters: Insert the casters, let the latch bolts engage, lower the box – ready for mobile use.
The two-in-one principle for your workflow
The click feet: Perfect for stationary storage in pallet racks, safe transport by truck or space-saving stacking of the LCBs in the warehouse.
The casters: Ideal for moving the LogisticCarrierBox effortlessly and without an industrial truck directly at the point of use – such as the production line or the assembly hall.
Proven LCB quality
The new safety feet with improved lateral guidance and clamping tabs on the long mounting side are made of 5 mm thick square tubes and are therefore significantly more robust than comparable mesh box feet.
The fixed and swivel casters with a diameter of 160 mm have a dynamic load capacity of 300 kg per caster. The swivel casters are equipped with a total lock, so the casters are not only braked but also secured against turning. The abrasion-resistant elastic treads with 65° Shore A and double ball bearings ensure easy, quiet pushing even under heavy loads.
The click system is available as standard for the LCB I with sheet metal walls; for other models of the LCB series on request.
