sth-systeme GmbH is committed to acting sustainably and conserving resources, so that future generations will also find a nature worth living in.
Our core competence is the development and production of load carriers that hold components and tools as reusable packaging. Even when developing new load carriers we take the following into account:
- Ease of repair through low-maintenance, replaceable components
- Foldability for empty transport of custom load carriers to optimise loading volume
- Adaptability to component changes
- Use of environmentally friendly, durable powder coating
Our products are of high quality and built for a long service life.
We want to use resources as well as possible. For us, this includes:
Avoiding packaging or using biodegradable packaging material
As early as 2021 we switched our packaging to cardboard and paper tape. For custom load carriers, no additional packaging is used, in agreement with our customers.
Components for our assembly are delivered on exchange pallets or reusable one-way pallets. We largely avoid additional cardboard or plastic packaging. For coated drawer plates, for example, we use spacers that are returned to the coating company.
Our goal is to avoid plastic waste as far as possible.
Paperless office
We use PDF files for sending by email and for archiving. A largely paperless office reduces the need for copy paper, printer cartridges, file folders and other filing supplies. Almost 100% of quotations, order confirmations, orders and invoices are sent by email to our customers and suppliers. This reduces the emissions that transport would cause.
Reducing CO2 emissions
Where possible, we use the train or other public transport for business trips. For local travel we rely largely on electric mobility. Where possible, our employees work from home, so commuting is reduced to a minimum.
Use of operating and office equipment
We maintain and preserve the value of our vehicles, facilities and machines. Where technically and economically sensible, operating equipment is used for as long as possible. This is our contribution to moving away from the throwaway society.
Use of renewable energy
The aim of sth-systeme GmbH is to cover its own energy needs with available resources. That is why we use electricity from a photovoltaic system in our production.
